Our Training Center is made up of different classes and courses to serve your needs. At Phil's Training Center you can take a Defensive Driving Course. This class will have you remove Points from your License and lower your auto Insurance.
We also have Boating classes which is approved for safe boating required in New York State for operating a Boat or Personal Water Craft. We will teach you CPR and First Aid to prepare for an Emergency!

Courses
Boating Certificate
New York State provides boating safety certificates to those people who successfully complete a New York State Safe Boating Classroom Course.
Defensive Driving Course
Drivers who complete our 6-hour Defensive Driving Course save 10% on their liability, personel injury protection, and collision insurance for THREE YEARS.
CPR and First Aid Class
This is a non-credentialed basic CPR course for lay people. It is designed for people who want to learn adult, child and infant CPR skills for their friends and families.
CEVO 4 Ambulance Safety Course
6-hour instructor-led classroom course trains ambulance drivers how to drive safety in both emergency and non-emergency situations.
CEVO Fire Truck Safety Course
Shows fire apparatus operators how to use defensive driving techniques to maneuver safely through traffic under severe time constraints and stress.
NEMT Ambulance Training Course
This course was created to help non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) providers understand and apply the Americans with Disabilities Act in the provision of transportation services.
